REM required additional flexibility and enhanced Wi-Fi performance at their Park House residences in central London, where an exceptional level of service is expected by residents. REM needed a provider that could retrofit a new Wi-Fi service into their automation systems with minimal disruption. In their search they approached two other big-name providers, neither of whom were able to take on the project and offer a suitable full fibre proposition.
