The role:

A crucial part of delivering our ever-growing network consists in efficiently and effectively procuring products and services from our suppliers which can range from large telco’s to specialist network equipment manufacturers.

Responsibilities with include:

  • Working with the Infrastructure Team to co-ordinate rollout of our superfast infrastructure.
  • Coordinating with local authorities with planning and NRSWA notices.
  • Liaising with suppliers (Particularly BT) to ensure timely delivery, escalating where necessary.
  • Keeping company systems up to date to ensure accurate progress tracking of orders and projects.
  • Ensuring that accurate records of our infrastructure network are maintained through as-built administration and invoice processing.
  • Manage FTTC & FTTP deployments providing regular progress updates to keep all parties fully informed.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to coordinate active equipment installs, SLU tie cables, DNO applications and site visits.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Highly articulate with excellent email and verbal communication skills
  • Preferably have experience working with NRSWA noticing, civils, fibre optic and passive telecoms infrastructure.
  • Self-motivated and responsible.
  • Extremely organised and process driven.
  • Methodical with strong attention to detail.
  • Be highly computer literate
  • Able to take initiative and work pro-actively.


  • Network Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
